	Dr. Iain Sanders Chief Executive and Founder Dr. Sanders is a business development consultant and technology management specialist. He has worked in various technical and managerial capacities in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Philippines and Europe. Iain has a significant amount of knowledge and experience in product development and technology innovation, business performance best practice management, customer relationship optimization, business intelligence applications for managing continuous improvement. Iain has worked with organizations in the following industries and sectors: agriculture, manufacturing, universities, commercial R&D, electric utilities, local government, building / construction, oil and gas, environmental (green products and services), national government departments, regional trade blocs, hi-tech, healthcare, insurance & banking, food distribution, telecommunications, and web-based services. Iain's experience includes roles with the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) in Japan, Broken Hill Proprietary (BHP) in Australia, General Cable and Ravensdown in New Zealand, The European Commission, APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the United Kingdom. Iain was invited to join International Who's Who of Professionals, and has enjoyed various roles over the years, including public speaking wih the Forensic Club, a member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ), a business mentor with Business Mentors New Zealand (BMNZ), and New Zealand APEC Representive to the Expert Group on New and Renewable Energy Technologies (EGNRET). 	Trevor Johnston Senior Management Consultant   Trevor Johnston has had a very broad and varied work history having lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and his native New Zealand. He has a significant amount of knowledge and experience in franchising and licensing having held the role of Senior Vice President of the Australian Franchisees Association and Principal of the New Zealand Franchise Advisory Bureau. He is also a financial Analyst and Planner. He has over ten year experience as an independent management consultant specialising in the growth and development of SME’s. He can genuinely empathise with the SME owner having started and owned his own manufacturing and retail company with a start-up capital of $5,000 to an operation with a staff of 22 and revenues of over $2.5 million. Other roles he has held include Marketing Manager for Trans Tours (NZ) Ltd a publicly listed company with operations in the USA and throughout the South Pacific and Regional Manager for Phonogramme, part of the Philips BVD Group. His academic records include Degrees from Both Canterbury and Massey University including an MBA (Finance) and a Postgraduate Diploma (Corporate Finance). He also has Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Intellectual Property Law; Corporate Finance; Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management; Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development.
